Eligibility for Returns:
– Only products purchased directly from SS Pooja Articles are eligible for return.
– To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
– Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of the product’s delivery date.
– Certain products, such as perishable or personalized items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for more information.
Damaged or Defective Products:
– We apologize for the inconvenience if you receive a damaged or defective product. Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
– Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide irrefutable proof (e.g., clear photographs or videos) of the damaged or defective product.
– Our customer support team will evaluate the provided evidence and determine if the return is eligible.
– If approved, we will give you a return authorization and further instructions on returning the product.
– We reserve the right to accept return requests only if they meet the above criteria or the evidence provided is sufficient.
Return Shipping and Costs:
– For returns due to damaged or defective products, the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
– Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will refund the original purchase price (excluding shipping charges) using the original payment method.
Non-Damaged Product Returns:
– If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage or defect, please get in touch with our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
– In such cases, the customer is responsible for both the cost of return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
– To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Refunds:
– Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
– The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges.
6. Order Cancellations
6.1 Before Shipping:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

- Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
6.2 After Shipping:
- If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may still return the items as per our Return Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
